Written tests (Listening, Reading and Writing modules) are held in the morning from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. The examination board stipulates that no break will be given during the test. This is an examination rule applied worldwide for IELTS tests.

The Speaking test takes about 20 minutes and it is held either on the same day as the Written tests in the afternoon or on a following weekday between 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

The allocation of date for the Speaking module is on a first-come-first-served basis depending on the available dates at the time of application. The exact timings of the Speaking module will be provided on the day you take the first three modules - Listening, Reading and Writing.
